hills,like crazy hills, a good challenge. Start at parking field 4, run up toward the east and start behind the big building/restroom, follow large trails leaning toward the right on the way in come out at the other side of the picnic area, and go back in :) it's a little harder this way I think, stay on big trails, leaning toward the left when in doubt. come out where you came in. - a 2.3 mi running route in Kings Park, New York
