Leg 13 begins at the Withrow Springs State Park Picnic Pavilion. The leg begins on asphalt road and transitions to dirt road and then back to asphalt. IMPORTANT: THERE IS A MANDATORY RUNNER FERRY WHERE THIS LEG CROSSES U.S. HWY. 412. WHEN ARRIVING AT 412, RUNNER SHALL ENTER TEAM VEHICLE AND BE FERRIED 0.2 MILES WEST ON 412 AND THEN ACROSS TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF 412 TO CONTINUE THEIR RUN TO THE EXCHANGE. This leg ends along CR 7855 adjacent to the Christ Lighthouse Church.
