Why can't I check in online?

I didn't get my boarding passes but online check-in shows I am checked in â What do I do?
If you haven't got your boarding passes but appear as checked in, you can request a duplicate pass from your computer or phone+1_đŽđ±đ±(đŽđŻđŽ) đ°đŽđŽđČ.
