Through Castle Park and make a quick left over the pedestrian overpass over Mary Hill Bypass. Carry down the switchbacks and onto the river trail past the Gillnetter pub and onto the dyke again. Turn left at Kingsway and a right along the Mary Hill Bypass and under the CP rail bridge. Continue on the path, turning right on Perkins and left on Kingsway and back up onto the dyke.
