Nearly pan flat with exception of climbing through side neighborhoods in Manayunk to get to spectator points on the "Manayunk Wall". It can get pretty crowded on the Schuylkill River Trail, which is ~80% of this ride so don't back on your usual flatland speeds, since you may have to slow down frequently to yield to cyclists, runners and walkers in both directions.
