Help!: need a moderator. want a refund. nothing is working. please help!!

I was so excited to find this program, but nothing is working and I'm feeling very frustrated.

I started some weightloss/running goals and two days later I got my completion trophy!

Then, and much worse, I paid for the 10K training schedule and I still only have a 'sample' show up though it acknowleges that I'm enrolled.

Does this software need to be used on a PC??  A certain browser?

I really appreciate a response or a clue on how to access the training schedule I paid for.

 otherwise i really want my money back!

It was the 5K in 8 weeks training plan and it would be great to reset it for a new start date (this monday the 22nd).

Hi, I am also trying to get a refund.  I e-mailed through the "Contact Us" and I haven't gotten a response..  My e-mail is denizen@gmail.com.
