Hi! I've got a similar problem here in Metro-West.  You may want to take a weekend day to head to the Blue Hills.  To get a long hill, I've been going out to Wachusett Mt.  It averages a 5% grade for about 4 or 5 miles.  I start in the Ski area parking lot and run up to the state park road to the summit.  You may want to check out some of the trails.  Old Indian in the state park there has a 20% grade in places.  For weekday runs, I've been doing hill repeats on a local 11% grade for 1/4 mile.  If you use the elevation profile on some of the MMR maps in your area you may be able to locate some hills.  Lots of times the person who named the route will call it "hilly...." or the name of the street such as Bear Hill Rd. is a give away.  If you're training for Mt. Washington or the USTA-NE mountain series, check out some of their race routes.  Do short runs during the week and long hills on the weekend.
