    This is the place for all new members to introduce themselves, say as much or as little as you like. I'll start....

    My aim is to run 7 minute miles comfortably, ultimately i want this to be in the form of a marathon, thats works out at about 3h 15m for 26.2 miles.

    I'm following Hal Higdon's advanced I marathon schedule, check out his website he is a running sage!

    Other training includes Kettlebells, the occasional blast on the rower and a healthy rock climbing habit.
