Runner's Forum: Can't save a workout. Help please

I seem to be unable to save any runs. I have tried turning the airplane mode on so it is just working off WiFi which doesn't help. It just keeps saying, "An error occurred while saveing. Please make sure you have correct network access, and have the correct login credentials set. etc, etc"

 I am able to login but as yet cannot save anything. Any tips?
