I just bought the skins half tights for men and so far so good.I've run a couple long distance runs in them and the recovery time is amazing!! Thanks...Mark
Are the short's version of the Skins any good? i was thinking about getting some for both running and playing hockey because someone said they really stop build up of lactic acid and muscle ache. would the shorts version of them do just as well? i mostly get ache in my groin and hamstrings anyway, so this would be the area i want to target.
I have the skins shorts and have to say they are brilliant. I purchased a few other cheaper varieties in both long and shorts but skins are great. Very pricey though so I would check the sites the other posters have suggested.
I've never worn tights, it almost never gets below 20 degrees F here in Portland and I've always been comfortable in my shorts. Those who choose to wear them please do the world a favor and have the decency to wear some shorts over them. Let's ditch the super short running shorts while were at it.

Are you kidding?!?! I get so much extra motivation from the ladies when I wear my short Mizunos!!! I gotta get more!! But I agree with just wearing tights.... cover the berries, dude!
Just thought I'd add that I bought a pair of full length Skins tights to go with the skins shorts I had for summer. Although very pricey they are unbelievable. Doing 15km runs - gone is the sore knees, sore calves, sore shins!!
Incredible. The trick is to wear them for up to an hour after during recovery. And yes I always wear shorts over mine.....
