    I am training for my first Triathlon (Sprint distance)...after my Saturday run, I popped in to the gym and noticed a spinning class was starting. I did my first 45 minute class. While the cardio impact is obviously based upon ones own motivation. I was curious how others felt about spinning's benefits on bike training? Or is it like trying to compare an elliptical machine and running outdoors?

    Seems to me it would be more comparable to running on a treadmill vs running outside.
