Help!: Map displays...My routes are not!

     I can see the map however, all routes that I pull up are not displayed on the map.  The direction arrows in the left hand corner of the map are "ghosted"  I see just a white box where it should be.  Any ideas how to fix the problem?  I have cleared my temp internet files, pop ups are okay, security levels are medium, site is listed on my trusted internet site.

    I'd like to try and help you here.  Can you post a link to a route that you're having problems with?

     Thanks for your help.  The problem starts with the opening map and all routes I try to display, such as my Charleston Routes.  I cannot see any of the symbols that I'm drawing on a new route.

     Can you please post a link to a specific route?  When viewing the route, you can copy/paste the url from your browser.

    Urban-

     The link you posted renders on our test system over here. We've recently made some changes to the site.  Can you hold down shift and click reload while visiting the page to ensure you're seeing the latest updates from the server?

    The Urban Legend

    All I ever see is is a blank screen with the loading bar, nothing else.  Whether I look at an existing route or try to create a new one.  I find no reload button.
