    Hey everyone,

     My name is Ian and I am looking for someone or a group of people to begin running with within the Ames, Iowa area.  I do know ISU's ROTC runs EARLY in the morn, which counts me out, so I'm looking for people that enjoy running later in the evening or mid-day.
