If you would like to post an image of your chart you can use this html:
<a href="Insert Web Address to your favorite website" target="_blank"><img src="Insert link to your Image" border="0" alt="Insert a title for your Chart" width="400" height="407" /></a>
Simply replace the italics with your custom info. Leave the quotations.
Example: <a href="http://www.indie1031.fm/4045_Listen_Live.php?id=27" target="_blank"><img src="http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e60/uneyed/dISTANCE.jpg" border="0" alt="Steady As She Goes." width="400" height="407" /></a>
How'd you paste the chart? The simple copy/paste didn't work so well for me.
From my numbers:
Jan - run 21.94mi - total 21.94mi
Feb - run 6.0mi - total 6mi
March - run 16.48, bike 11.16mi, swim 0mi, walk 4.59mi, hike 20.52mi - total 52.75mi
April - run 2.0mi, bike 34mi, swim 1.02mi, walk 0.5mi - total 37.54mi
May - run 3.25mi, bike 82.25mi, swim 4.58mi - total 90.08mi
June - run 20.95mi, bike 121.63mi, swim 4.36mi - total 146.94mi
Adding the xtraining to my schedule has really helped the miles increase, helps my legs feel refreshed, and has me pretty excited b/c it's different every day!
im trying to find the "reports" button youve used but cant...
help!
No problem! When you are looking at the "My Training Screen" there is a small box on the left of the screen "My Reports."

I actually created an image of the chart by doing a screen capture and cropping out the chart. You can do this by hitting the "Ctrl" and "Prnt Scrn" on your keyboard. This will capture whatever is on your screen. Then open Microsoft Paint or any image editting program. Once you have cropped your image to look like you want it you can upload it to an file hosting website. (I use photobucket.com) Then you will various option to link your picture.
Lostsheep: Looks great Lostsheep. What a spike in June!
Stevecycle: Would it be possible for you to resize your image to something like 400 X 407. Right now your at 876 X 438 and it seems to bump the posts to the bottom of the frame. Lots of empty space up top. Thanks!

Hmmm, not sure how that could be. The image is only 504 x 442 and the page is laying out fine for me on Firefox. I've edited the post to get the width down to 450 - does that help?
Briarsman, You gotta realize lots of those miles are from biking. If you were to remove my biking miles, I'd be on par w/ everyone else. That's the beauty of crosstraining!

Steve
Still the same although I can see that you did edit it. I now see it as 790 X 395 and I am using IE 6.0 (Work PC). Did you happen to use the html from above? I think that it will automatically resize based on the width and height specified. Oh well that's the internet for you. No biggie.
Edit: Looks just fine on my home PC IE 7.0
briarsman:
jeez
i gotta get aout and run some more
im not gonna paste my schedule here...
;-)
No pressure. I'm a runner and I don't log nearly as many miles as these roadies but we all coexist quite nicely.
