I have now plotted a turn by turn 100K course and attempted to Save it to MY Rides and it lost essentially the entire route saving only the start point.  This is REALLY frustrating!  I need to be able to create this route and go back to it to edit things.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hi rlake-

I'm sorry to hear about your problems.  What browser are you using?  For super long routes such as those that you're trying to plot, I highly recommend that you use Firefox, as our testing shows that the performance is many times greater than IE and other browsers.

Also, how much memory does your system have?  For longer routes, you're going to need a good amount of memory.  For you uses, I would say 1GB would be a bare minimum, with 2GB or more recommended.

I was using IE7.  I will try it with Firefox and report back.

I am still experiencing problems using Firefox.  Can you take a look at http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/md/columbia/493013960 .   It is a portion of the route and it lists as 13.5mi but only the starting point shows on the map.  All my notes and other points don't show.

I'm attempting to map this route since Lance Armstrong is coming to town to ride in this event and I would like to post this to the web!  I've spent alot of time on this and I have nothing to show for it and I need to get it done ASAP.  Thanks.

Yeah!  I got it to work by saving the route "anonymously".

    Jeff,

Any chance you can change the title on this from Ullman 100K Bike Ride to "Ulman 100K Bike Ride"?  Thanks.
