    I am in Columbus Ohio and am currently looking for a group or running partner in the area. I am ready to train for a marathon and would like a group to do long runs with.

    Check with COlumbus Running COmpany or Front Runner. I know that Columbus Running Company offers RUnning Clinics and has groups get together to run. They have one in Dublin off of Avery not sure where the others are.

    I think there is a running club through Columbus Sports Connection in Clintonville, too.

    Fleet Feet Sports is another try.  It's a national running store, but there is only one store in Columbus which is in Polaris.  They also have a running club for those who want to go on group runs.  I'd love to join you, but unfortunately I need to go at my own pace (which right now is very slow).
