If, like me, you know that you should be stretching a lot more than you are and probably just need some help getting into a good routine I thought you may be interested in this website I just found

    http://www.abc-of-fitness.com/stretching-exercise/stretch-sequences.asp

Nice little routines, and great animation to help show the proper technique

    Enjoy!

Lex - Great link. I've used most of those stretches at one time or another and still use many of them several times a week and after any running (before hurting my knee) or riding (now). Only thing I would add is that whenever I have been to physical therapy and they have had me doing any stretches, I have always been told to hold the stretch for at least 30-60 seconds and to do 2-3 reps for each stretch. This obviously takes more time, but that has been pretty consistent with various therapists over several years.

What an excellent resource! And easy to do too!

BTW does anyone have any resources for lower leg stretches? i.e. calves, achiles, and quadriceps?
