Feature Requests: Map for Hikes

One more feature request I think would be handy for the site, this one regarding hikes. Since a lot of hikes are through trees and not visible via the google maps feature, it would be nice to be able to just plot the parking lot/starting point for a hike and then input the mileage manually. That way folks looking for hikes can see mileage, etc., but since they can't see the map they at least know where to start and read the details (to a lake, hilly, etc.) about the hike.

Also, might be nice to have "parking lot" as an option for the starting point.

Well then, that topo feature is pretty cool. I'm still new around here.
