If you're always on the lookout for new tunes or playlists which are good for running to, you might want to join the group I just created. Click here to check it out and/or join.
The idea is that you can add playlists as separate discussions, or start discussions for a genre of music (rock, indie, etc) and then people can reply with their favorite playlists.
Like Shakespeare says, "If music be the food of love / run on, run on." Or something like that.

Podcasts are the way to go in terms of running music. Free, specific attention to BPM (beats per minute), and you don’t have to change songs. I have been using “Motion Traxx” (search for it on iTunes) and I couldn’t be happier. I’m sure there are a lot of great running podcast out there if you look, but I totally recommend Motion Traxx if you want some energizing tunes.
Check out the new Cadence app for the iPhone and iTouch. It categorizes your playlist by beats per minute (bpm) and lets you select the songs that match your stride.
There is a free desktop download that works with the iPod too.
Find the Cadence app at the app store or at www.cadenceapp.com
