Welcome to Lake County Runners and Walkers by: neurowiz - Oct 9 2007, 10:53AM I don't know if anyone else from Lake County is around on MapMyRun, but I enjoy using this site and hope to make contacts with some other people. I've been walking/running since May as a part of a total lifestyle change. I could barely walk a mile in May, and now I'm running about 3 miles 3 times a week. I hope to get into some 5K runs soon.
