The Herbalife Triathlon Los Angeles bike only course takes you through the heart of the city from the beach to Staples Center. Bike only athletes utilize the same 24 mile course as the Olympic Triathletes. The entire bike course is closed to traffic and makes this ride a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you are not up for completing a whole triathlon (yet!), you can take part by doing just the bike course. When going to our online registration page or using a paper entry form, you can select the "Bike Only" option.

Want to participate in the 2012 Herbalife Triathlon Los Angeles but don't think you're quite ready to do the full triathlon? Take part in our 5K Fun Run and experience the beauty and challenge of our downtown Spring Run Course. This event will start and finish at LA Live on Sunday, September 30th. All athletes will head out of LA Live onto 11th and take a left onto Grand Ave, heading north. This run through downtown will give athletes an up-close view of many of the soaring skyscrapers that make up the Los Angeles skyline. After running on Grand Ave. for just over one mile, all runners will turn around at the majestic Disney Concert Hall. Athletes will head back down Grand Ave. until 11th street, where they will turn right. Runners will continue onto Chick Hearn Ct. to the finish line at L.A. Live!
