As a member of the J&A; Racing Marathon, Half Marathon & 8k Training Team you will receive:

A 16 week training program (starting November 30th) with a detailed written schedule for you to follow
Personal guidance from Race Director and veteran coach Jerry Frostick and his team of experienced coaches
Unlimited email access to coaching staff to ensure all of your training and racing questions are answered
