Cycle 50 miles in one week (7 days). To meet this goal, you can cycle about 7.2 miles a day. Or plan for smaller rides during the week with a long ride on the weekend. This is an easy goal to work up to for beginning riders. Experts will blow by this challenge in no time. Good Luck.
