600 miles may seem like a daunting distance, but spread out over 30 days, members participating in the Cycle 600 Miles in 30 Days Challenge need to cycle only 20 miles per day to meet the goal. The chart below shows how to make this goal practicle even to those with busy schedules as it allows for two rest days per week (weeks 1 and 2) weeks 3 & 4 include more mileage but also have THREE days to rest/recover.

There seems to be a difference in what's posted on my monthly training calendar for October, which is 620 miles and the 602 that is posted on my goal/completion. There must be a bug in the software somewhere. I made the goal, but it's annoying that the full mileage isn't shown.
