- This is the trophy that will be awarded for conquering this challenge.

Your waistline is an important factor in assessing your health risks. Take the right step now and trim down. Studies have shown that your adominal body fat possesses a much greater health risk. A high waist circumference is associated with increased risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, developing abnormal lipid levels, and other chronic diseases. Your risk significantly increases with a waist circumference of over 40 inches for men and over 35 inches for women. Reducing your waistline will reduce your health risks.

NO-ONE WILL LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS THEY WANT TO! Stop dieting; keep track of everything that you eat each day. Secret information will help you to get the body that you want. Each day keep your body properly hydrated with plain water and definitely limit your sodium intake. Keep mindless grazing to a minimum. Remember; eat to live, don’t live to eat! A daily regimen is needed by everyone and that regimen includes proper nourishment. Diets and diet aids do not help anyone! The only way to successfu

I'm really excited about this. Its only 15 days. SURELY I can stick it out for 15days. Im gonna follow roarkmartinez's comment ... no fast food & daily walks. My block is 1km, so I'll put my 5 month old in the pram and we'll go round the block once a day. It'll only take 20 mins. Does eveyone do daily updates (time permitting), seeing as its only 15 days. Even if I dont reduce my waistline I'll be happy if I can stick to the above goals.
