day 4. i missed my first walk. not a good start. but have done my last 3 daily walks. so far ive managed to resist take out & junk food. need to trim down my meal portions, but thats another challenge. so far i'm doing ok. anyone got any results to share?

I'm really excited about this. Its only 15 days. SURELY I can stick it out for 15days. Im gonna follow roarkmartinez's comment ... no fast food & daily walks. My block is 1km, so I'll put my 5 month old in the pram and we'll go round the block once a day. It'll only take 20 mins. Does eveyone do daily updates (time permitting), seeing as its only 15 days. Even if I dont reduce my waistline I'll be happy if I can stick to the above goals.
