Goal Trophy

- This is the trophy that will be awarded for conquering this challenge.

100 Miles sounds like a really long way, but spread out over 30 days, members participating in the MapMyRun.com Walk 100 Miles in 30 Days Challenge need to walk less than 4 miles per day to meet the goal!  The average American walks 1.5 miles per day, but for members just starting to exercise, a daily stroll of 3.3 miles – which will amount to 100 miles in 30 days – can put them on the path towards great health.

This flexible goal allows MapMyRun.com members to compete against other participants by walking 100 miles in any 30-day period. The 30 days must be consecutive, but members need not walk every day.  Members can measure their success against other members. MapMyRun.com provides participating members with the site’s tools, including walk mapping with elevation and distance, street and topographical map viewing, and workout logging.
