Running for mere mortals! Not everyone can just get up and run 12 miles. This is a group for all levels. We/I hold weekly runs, usually on the weekend, in the mornings for people to get together. My goal is to get new people who are intimidated by veteran runners, and want to start or get serious about running. Speed, pace, distance, and fitness levels are not an issue here. New to running? AaronMFJ Marathon training will start January 1st. This is for complete beginners, and will get you ready to run the Nov7th City of Oaks Marathon. Advanced runners can start Jan1st, or wait until mileage picks up.
