Description
On a Sunday morning this ride saw pretty light car traffic until we were on HWY 290 (after Hempstead). I do not recommend riding on HWY 290 due to the heavy and fast thru traffic there. Up until then, this was a great route for long distance riding. We saw many other riders on the route up until Hempstead.
