17.3 long run East river block, Gracie rd block
Starts at YMCA, running a figure 8 loop so that you can stop at the Y for refreshments/potty breaks. The first loop heads east on PortWatson to East River road, then north to cross at Lorings Crossing, return via Rt 13 then River road to extend the route a little bit. After a quick break at the Y, you then head out Tompkins Street extension to McLean road, all the way to Gracie Road then Route 13. Return via Rt 13 to Tompkins street for a total of 17.3 miles.
