Description of this Run

All on road except for 200m of footpath at the start. From Upper Basildon Village Hall head to the far corner of the recreation ground. The footpath is steeply downhill but it usually not too slippy. Gently downhill along Hook End Lane and left into lane at the bottom. At about 1.5 miles, the road can be flooded after heavy rain so you just have to bite the bullet and get your feet wet!! The only significant uphill is around Stitchens Green but it's fairly short. After that it's flat all the way home.
