Description of this Run

Route takes the runner up a 415 yd hill of increasing difficulty, over the top at a 4-way stop and down a 185 yd hill that is a little steeper than the first. Jog the flats at the bottom on either end to recover. REPEAT. You can park at St. Bart's church and begin the run from the short hill side.
