10 Mile Northshore Loop (Bay Training week 6)<br>Time: 1:40<br>This route is basically a combination of the east five mile loop and the west five mile loop. You get a nice flat warmup before tackling all the Northshore hills. The only hill missing is Valley Inn Road hill.
