12 Mile Northshore Loop (Bay Training week 8)<br>Time: 2:00<br>This route is basically a combination of the east five mile loop and the west seven mile loop. You get a nice flat warmup before tackling all the Northshore hills, including the infamous Valley Inn Road hill<br>On the return trip from the turn around on the seven mile loop, attack the two big hills (Cemetary Hill &amp;amp; the Apartment Hill) hard.
