A scenic 5k RUN that will Start and Finish at Meridian Centre Park. The course will take you into the woods on a looping cinder/dirt trail, over a small bridge, up a stone trail to the Erie Canal Trail, right (West) onto Erie Canal Trail to a turn around point near the I-390 overpass, heading back East you will turn left down the 2nd stone trail into Meridian Centre Park, and follow the paved trail to the Finish Line. This route is mostly flat with paved and unpaved surfaces.
