TeMome Stream Hutt River Loop
Start outside Hutt City Council head toward Ewen Bridge cross over and decide to either run the river trail or the streets to get some wind relief. head south toward Ava rail station. Cross the rail using the pedestrian over bridge (ramp) head toward the river and through behind old Petone College cart parks to Bracken Street. use the Te Mome stream trail which comes out at Jackson Street (not lit in the dark) opposite Unilevers factory head to ward the river and loop back through the Shandon Golf course keeping to the stop bank path. Across Sladden Park under the Ave rail bridge follow the rough track hear the river or use the sealed trackon the stop bank toward the ewen bridge cross on the south side and head back past the Memorial library using the crossong on Woburn Road - a 4.5 mi running route in Lower Hutt, New Zealand
