Description of this Run

Very challenging. Start off in a beautiful shore-lined park in Bay Ridge which is barely crowded to a series of small parks and industrial areas. Then you run along Greenwood Cemetery to the more lively Prospect Park for a nice grade hill. Then its a steady downhill to Red Hook (where there are tacos and soccer - along with port-o-potties on weekends) back with a steady climb past Gowanus to Park Slope.
