Description of this Run

This route was the hardest week of running of my life. Be in good hill shape before attempting this one, as the hills are ridiculously long and steep, so steep the cars have a great deal of trouble getting up them. If you're going in the summer get up EARLY. 5:30-6:00 am to try get some temps in the low 80's (very high humidity all day long, nothing you can do about that). <br> <br> The trade off, the absolute best scenery I've ever had on a run. Great footing the whole way (think golf course fairway). Very Challenging, but you'll feel great after you've accomplished it.
