Run Description
Stage 9 of the Green Belt Relay - 10.5 miles from Dobbs Weir on the River Lea Navigation to High Beach in Epping Forest. This is mainly a flat, scenic run along the River Lea path for the first 7 miles. There is a long steep climb for the last 2 miles up into Epping Forest.
