Run Description
Stage 19 of the Green Belt Relay - 10.4 miles from Boxhill to West Hanger Picnic Area (just north of Shere). Goes straight down Zig Zag Road past Burford Bridge and under A24 to Westhumble. It then climbs thru the village and turns left at Chapel Farm and climbs steeply up to meet the North Downs was above Denbies Vineyard. The route turns right following the North Downs Way to the finish. Scenic run with huge decent for first 2 miles followed by a bigh climb back up from the Mole Gap. After this the route undulates following the escarpment of the North Downs. Some great views, lots to keep you interested and parts will be muddy underfoot.
