five miles in north worcester and greendale - start near the holden line on brattle street, left on shore drive at the u.u. church, around the lake, then back up brattle street ending just above st. george's r.c. church

starts with a long downhill, and gets the long, hot treeless stretch of norton drive out of the way fairly early in the run...ends with a long uphill climb, but it's usually shady.
