Run Description
This Route is used as a hill training route in preparation for the MDI Marathon. At South Portland High School's softball fields there is a large hill at the parking lot on Highland Ave - take the time to run as many up and down on this nice grassy hill then carry on Highland to Ficket, then Sawyer, Then Spurwink to 77 & back to Broadway. Lots of Hills!
