Run Description
Start up on the Central Park loop at the top of Cedar Hill. Run in an anti clockwise direction to start. Take to 102nd street traverse (cuts of the Harlem end) and run across to west side. Run until the 71st street traverse and cross back to east side. Continue to the Boat house and cut through foot path back to 79th street and back home down 78th. Easy run. No mad hills.
