this run is not for the faint-hearted. i thought that a few of the hills were quite steep, including the one exiting fairmount park on wises mill road and a few in the neighborhoods before heading back down ridge. that being said, it was a good run. i

I have not tried that one, but i go past the inn half mile, up the hill to Henry, run to walnut, fall down the hill and return to the beginning of the trail or to Lincoln then the beginning for extra miles.

The only change I would make to this run is at the beginning of the run continue on Forbidden Drive to the 2 1/2 mile marker and then turn around and go up Wises Mill Road. Doing that little section at the end of the run seems like torture to me.
