Run Description
The run route begins on North Hills just east of Thorncliffe (at Murchison Middle School) and includes the infamous Ladera Norte Hill, and a gradual fast downhill finish.

Enjoyed this run very much after a 3 mile warm-up (got lost - my fault). Taught me to pace myself, as I have just started hill running.
