Well the comment on the email sent out  was to squirt yourself with your water bottle to match conditions a little.  Well I leave work going yeah cloud cover it will help keep the temp down, no worries as 5 miles into my ride home I hit a cross wind with some headwind only about 25mph. Ok I can tough this, then I get hit with the rain storm that happens to be going over.  Lucky me I get to mimmick the conditions a little for the next few miles.
