I'm on week 1 of a 16 week training program for a mrathon that is in 10 weeks. I obviously should of strated training earlier but I didn't so I'm still going to try and make it. If I don't finish the full marathon then I will do the 1/2. I have a 5 mile on Satruday so that will tell me a lot on where I stand. Anyone have any good running tips?? Someone told me to try and hit the floor as fast as I can, versus running in the air.
