I enjoy all sorts of cycling, and regularly commute to work by bike in the Spring to Fall period. Mountain bikeing is generally done at the cottage, in the Calabogie Lake area. And I do some road biking in and around Ottawa and occasionally on trecks in the Ottawa Valley area.





I commute on a 15 year old Giant hybrid which is still a trusty ride. The mountain bike is a Bonelli, and I ride a Norco on the roads.





Nothing competitive...just out for a good time with friends mostly.
