I have lots of endurance-sports experience, and hold a bachelors and Masters degrees in Exercise Physiology. I am a FL massage therapist specializing in clinical and sports-specific situations. Injury care is a passion, but I like to prevent them even more via solid training programs, stretching, and love for home-cooked food!
